NOTICE INVITING SEALED TENDERS-CUM-NEGOTIATIONS

 

         Under the orders of the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, sealed tenders are invited from the prospective buyers for sale of entire assets comprising Land of an extent of Ac.10.13 Cents together with Buildings and Civil Works standing thereon as single consolidated Lot or lot wise viz., Land of an extent of Ac.10.13 Cents as Lot No.1 and Buildings & Civil Works as Lot No.2 situated at Plot Nos.8 & 9B in Sy. Nos.29, 39,40,41 & 436 in Bandlaguda Village, Patancheru, Phase-I, IDA, Medak District on “AS IS WHERE IS AND WHATEVER THERE IS BASIS”.  Tender form along with Terms and conditions of sale can be had from the office of the Official Liquidator, High Court of Andhra Pradesh at the address given above on payment of Rs.1,000/- each lot in cash or Demand Draft (non-adjustable) payable at Hyderabad till 30-07-2008.

 

Description of assets, Minimum upset price & E.M.D is follows:

Inspection of the above assets can be had between 11 A.M. and 5 P.M. on 22.7.2008.  Tender should be accompanied with interest free Earnest Money Deposit as givenabove, by way of Pay Order or Bank Draft drawn on any NATIONALISED / SCHEDULED BANK payable at Hyderabad, in favour of “Official Liquidator, High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad”. Last date for submission of sealed tenders is 30.7.2008.  Sealed tenders will be opened in the presence of the offerers and the secured creditors who may be present on 31.7.2008 at 3 P.M. in the office of the Official Liquidator, High Court of Andhra Pradesh, 3-5-398, 1st Floor, Kendriya Sadan, Sultan Bazar, Koti, Hyderabad – 500 095.  Inter-se bidding is permitted after opening of the tenders.  The sale is subject to confirmation of the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad.  E.M.D of the unsuccessful tenderers / bidders will be refunded upon receipt of orders of the Hon’ble High Court to that effect and till such time, it shall be retained by the Official Liquidator.  Sealed Tender shall be submitted and should be superscribed with “offer for purchase of properties of M/s. Vidyut Steels Limited   (In Liqn.) for__________
